Hylerloop Countersues Co-Founder Claiming Failed Coup Attempt

Hyperloop One, facing a harassment and wrongful termination lawsuit from one of its co-founders and several former executives, is countersuing for $250 million, saying the former employees tried – and failed – to stage a hostile takeover. Co -founder and CTO Brogan BamBrogan and three others sued Hyperloop, citing incidents of abuse, assault, defamation, and violations of California’s labor code. The countersuit claims the “Gang of Four” organized a rebellion against the other leaders in the company, and “sowed the seeds of their illegal conspiracy” after learning they were going to be fired. The company also counters one of BamBrogan’s more disturbing claims, that the brother of co-founder Shervin Pishevar left a noose in his office. They say it was just a lasso.
