$10M Kardashian Video Game Suit Settled

Just Games Interactive has dropped its $10M lawsuit against Kris Jenner, claiming the hit game Kim Kardashian: Hollywood infringed on work the firm had done. Just Games, doing business as Kung Fu Factory, settled the case with undisclosed terms. The suit, filed in November 2015, claimed Kung Fu Factory began developing a game with the Kardashian family, including depictions of Kim, Khloe, and Kourtney for the game. Then, Kung Fu says it was notified that the project was dead, just before Glu Mobile released Kim Kardashian: Hollywood.
