Almost 40 percent of respondents in an AffinityLive study said they never tracked work hours spent reading and answering email, which the professional services automation firm estimated could result in revenue loss of up to $50,000 per employee per year. The study estimated that the U.S. economy is losing 50 million hours, or $7.4 billion a day, in productivity. One way to be more accurate about billable hours: Fill out timesheets daily.
