Breyer: SCOTUS “Just Boring” Without Scalia

“It is just boring without him,” Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer reportedly told prominent attorneys at an “End of Term” party in Washington D.C., referring to his job in the wake of the death of Justice Antonin Scalia. According to the New York Daily News report, Breyer made the comment in conversation with Brooklyn attorney Arthur Aidala and his wife, lawyer Marianne Bertuna. Justices Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Clarence Thomas, Samuel Alito, and Chief Justice John Roberts also attended the dinner, at the courthouse’s Great Hall.
