Dentons: No End To Potential Expansion

Dentons is looking to the accounting firm industry’s Big Four model in its expansion, which most recently saw the merger with McKenna Long & Aldridge. That move will create a firm with more than 6,600 lawyers and professionals, some employed in China where Dentons merged with Chinese firm Dacheng. The firm’s global chairman and its CEO explain why even with continued growth, conflicts will not be a problem. Legal consultant Peter Zeughauser, meanwhile, told the Wall Street Journal, “I think we’re going to see a 10,000-lawyer law firm within five years.”
