New General Counsel for McDonald’s

Desiree Ralls-Morrison, a Wesleyan University and Harvard Law graduate and General Counsel of Boston Scientific since 2018, will join McDonald’s on April 26 to oversee global legal operations and corporate governance. Ralls-Morrison has worked in the legal departments of Merck, and Johnson & Johnson. She was named one of Black Enterprise’s 100 Most Powerful Women of 2019. According to the McDonald’s press release, she helped navigate racial equity and social justice issues, which have positively benefited employees and the companies they work at. She has litigation experience atKelley Drye & Warren L.L.P. and Shipman & Goodwin L.L.P. She serves on several corporate boards including Dick’s Sporting Goods and Danbury Hospital/New Milford Hospital.
