Transferred Text Messages Bring A Dismissal, And A Lawsuit

When an Anheuser-Busch employee Victor Nascimento was issued a new iPhone, his old one got transferred to another employee. Nascimento’s private text messages, not to mention his credit card information, went with it. The text messages included criticism of the employee who received the phone, and for that Nascimento and another employee were fired. Now they are suing the company for wrongful dismissal.
