VA Top Court Overturns Award For Virginia Tech Massacre Victim Families

Virginia Tech had no duty to warn students of the gunman who killed 33 on a shooting spree in 2007, the Virginia Supreme Court found, overturning a jury verdict that awarded $4 million each to the families of two victims.
