Wikipedia Threatens Lawsuit Against PR Firm That Edits

An ongoing dispute between Wikipedia and a company called Wiki-PR has escalated, after Wikipedia concluded Wiki-PR was not living up to an agreement that would limit its activities, which include writing, monitoring and editing Wikipedia entries for clients. The Wikipedia Foundation’s attorney sent the public relations firm a cease-and-desist letter, with a warning that his client “is prepared to take any necessary legal action to protect its rights.”
